Overview

Petite Performers provides a full range of performing arts to children aged 6 months to 6 years through a franchise model. Our bespoke syllabuses are created by experts, tried and tested and loved by children and parents alike. The company will provide a full suite of class content, branding and marketing materials and supporting tools and processes to franchisees initially in the UK but looking to launch in the USA from 2018.

Emily Cardno

Emily has taught performing arts for 10 years, before which she danced professionally. She has built up a successful London-based performing arts business with 6 branches. Emily is responsible for the sales, marketing and operations of the business.

Co-founder, Creative Director

Michelle Cardno

Michelle has danced professionally for 13 years and has built up a successful dance and theatre school in Los Angeles over the last 5 years. She holds a BA Hons in Dance and Theatre Performance and is responsible for the creative direction of the business, helping to develop the Petite Performers syllabus and music.

Operations Advisor

Amy Dullage

Amy has strong strategy and operations experience, gained from 4 years with A.T. Kearney, a leading management consultancy. She also has start-up experience, having been Head of Operations for Blow Ltd for 3 years. Amy will provide operations support and advice to the co-founders, with particular focus on how to scale the business.
