The co-working hub is based at the new Eccleston Yards development in Belgravia and will house more than 500 entrepreneurs.

Grosvenor has partnered with shared workspace provider Central Working to launch a hub for innovation and enterprise.

Central Working Victoria will host more than 500 entrepreneurs across its 28,000 sq ft space in London’s Belgravia.

Central Working is the exclusive commercial tenant in Grosvenor’s 80,000 sq ft Eccleston Yards development, which will also host 19 units for food, fashion, retail and wellbeing.

The site marks Grosvenor’s first foray into the co-working workspace market and London’s first new destination hub to be anchored by a shared workspace provider as the city looks to cater for a rising number of growing businesses. More than 589,000 UK start-ups were launched in 2017, with 187,200 created in London alone.

Designed in partnership with Kinnersley Kent Design, Central Working Victoria has been built to anticipate the needs of the modern start-up community with an all-inclusive hospitality-first approach.
