VP Loyalty

Unlockd is a revolutionary mobile based technology, media and telecommunications business, connecting brands, content and relevant media to the consumer via a proprietary built platform.  Its ad & content funded platform is changing the way people use and pay for their mobile phones, providing an innovative solution for the telecommunications and digital advertising industries.

Strategically located with offices in New York, London and Melbourne, Unlockd will launch multiple new international markets in 2017.  Our business is on an exciting trajectory and as we grow, we are looking for passionate people who are able to get behind our vision.

The VP Loyalty will be responsible for developing our global loyalty program supply strategy and identifying/developing key loyalty partnerships. With an exceptional understanding of the coalition and specialized loyalty program landscapes, the VP will have a strong network of contacts in this vertical and execute deals that yield optional commercial outcomes for both Unlockd and each Loyalty partner.

You’ll be a huge part of our success, and be responsible for:

• Develop, maintain and grow strategic senior relationships and other key stakeholders in order to successfully drive loyalty supply opportunities.

• Supporting all aspects of deal development initiatives with major mobile game companies.

• Identify strategic business development plan for target markets, including the creation of detailed account plans to track partner progress and achievement to goals.

• Manage complex negotiations, and understand the technical/business requirements of each loyalty company, identifying specific opportunities for partnership with Unlockd.

• Collaboration with our global supply, revenue and operations teams, as well as fostering a close working relationship with our Product and Engineering teams.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic business development, with at least 4 years’ experience leading high level partnership discussions with mobile and/or online/digital loyalty companies.

• Proven experience leading successful teams, with a record of delivering results and an ambitious will to win.

• Extensive relationships with key decision makers at target loyalty companies, and a strong understanding of the coalition and specialist loyalty program ecosystem. Prior experience in developing partnerships with Telco’s will be highly advantageous.

• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Experience in a dynamic start-up environment.
