A perfect candidate would be someone wanting to dip their toe into the world of tech sales, although prior sales experience is not needed the candidate should have real energy to get stuck into the task at hand.

This is an entry level sales support and coordinator role, working between sales, creative and design teams. The primary role is to ensure that content is collected from the customer and passed to the design team in a timely manner.

You will be assisting the business development manager on various sales tasks as well as creating presentation content for meetings with large clients. You should have the ability to work across multiple projects at once, so time management is key.

The job is quite varied on a day to day basis applicants should be able to learn quickly and be productive and agile. There is always a job which needs doing.


- Ensure once sales have been closed that web content is collected from client swiftly.

- Work with business development manager on sourcing leads.

- Drafting presentations.

- Following up with clients once the sale has been closed to acquire web content.

- Communicate timeline expectations with clients.

- Keep database up to date with potential lead information.

Essential skills:

- Impeccable phone, email & grammar skills.

- Presentation creation

- Multitasking

- Customer service (face to face or telephone)

- Exceptional organisation

Previous sales experience is not required but it is certainly welcome.
