We’re looking for a people-oriented, diligent individual with a passion for emerging technology to join our team. Reporting to the Relationships Director, the Relationships Manager will be responsible for assisting in building out and managing our corporate and executive network, collecting and managing business intelligence and supporting the Relationships Director in managing our alumni network.


- Create and complete a formal process for gathering corporate and startup intelligence; streamlining the executive recruitment process - Build out intelligence on SwiftScale’s corporate and startup networks to find new corporate-startup collaboration opportunities and to commercialise executive relationships

- Assistance in building out corporate relationships; preparing corporate / startup intel ahead of meetings; managing large pipelines of new prospects; attending high-level meetings with senior team members, and managing the follow-up process

- Assistance in managing the alumni relationships; organising and attending regular catch-ups with the startup founders; working together with the alumni to find and generate new commercial opportunities

- Ultimately having the opportunity to lead meetings with senior executives.


- The candidate should be comfortable building relationships with senior executives and more importantly, that you enjoy doing it

- People person; able to network effectively, negotiate well and influence people

- Capable of taking full responsibility for project deliverables

- Truly passionate about technology, startups and corporate innovation

- Excellent attention to detail

- Outstanding written and verbal English

- Confidence speaking to senior executives

- Strong commercial acumen


- Experience in market research, data collection and analysis

- Influence and experience within the startup ecosystem

- Existing network of startups, VCs, executives

- Strong experience within sales
