Looking for an Operations Manager

Complete Digital is looking for a commercially driven individual that’s keen to apply their existing skills to a dynamic and growing business.

What does the position involve?

This is a full-time role in an open and relaxed environment in our office in London Bridge.

As an Operations Manager, you will report directly to the company directors and be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business. You will collaborate with members of the team to plan, create and execute development projects, so time management will be key. Some pretty impressive project management software will help you to achieve the goals of each project team.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure that our project teams operate efficiently and effectively to smoothly deliver excellence to our clients and in line with our values and mission.

- Manage day-to-day resources to make sure that the team is set up for success.

- Assist in planning resources and ensuring that sales are aligned with our available capacity

- Oversee the teams’ work to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding our promises to our clients, delivering work on time, on budget and genuinely making our clients happy.

- Make sure that we know and manage risks on projects with the aim of preventing and solving problems before they happen.

- Assist the directors in evaluating performance and profitability of our services and drive continuous improvement.

- Assist in identifying training required within the team.

- Ensure that all operational processes are properly documented, and that key information is organised, accessible and secure.

- Help project teams to overcome challenges, getting your hands dirty to help out when we are short of resources and always being an enabler and unblocker for other team members.

- Do all of the above while promoting a positive team culture.

We are looking for someone who has the skills to do the job, meaning that you will need to have a solid understanding of how a web agency business works and of the technologies that we work with, or at least the ability to learn it and gain confidence fast.

Perhaps more importantly, we are looking for someone who has the right attitude and who shares our vision to make a positive impact.
