Most parts of your day will be about engaging with individuals and building our community through collaborative engagement - we encourage you to talk to people, to understand them and their business. You must have exceptional English skills (both written and spoken), awesome customer service artistry (with a proven track record), ability to engage a room full of strangers, be proactive at building authentic relationships and delivering our service ethos!
You will be expected to support the daily functioning of the clubs as well as making valued contributions to achieve our business and financial targets. You’ll be a part of a dynamic, fast paced team so flexibility and "can do" attitude is key.
