The role

We are entering an exciting period of growth and are looking to hire a back-end developer to lead and manage the on-going improvement and development of the platform. Attitude, drive and excellent communication skills are as important as technical skills.

You will be given a large amount of responsibility and will work with the management team to set the direction for the platform and project manage the development of new features and modules. Full stack, devOps, data analytics and algorithm development skills are desired but not necessarily required. The role is based in our London office.

Required

- Node JS (Express)

- SQL

- API management & security

- Experience with database structure and architecture

- Demonstrable experience creating robust, clever and scalable applications

- Experience doing it all: designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining

- Ability to manage projects, priorities, deadlines and deliverables

Good things to know

- GIT

- Npm

- AWS (Elastic Beanstalk , EC2, RDS, S3 etc.)

- Front end skills (Angular JS)

- Android/iOS
