A ground-breaking start-up gearing up to launch later this year, runagood® uses artificial intelligence and unique algorithms to solve problems for small businesses who until now have found traditional consultancy too expensive, opening up a huge untapped market. We are especially useful to accountants and business advisors who use our products with their clients to focus on performance improvement and raising company value.

Currently, in the last stages of redevelopment, we are planning a soft launch in June where we will focus on gathering feedback leading to a full launch in the Summer, and are now looking for someone to help out with the marketing of our products and some assistance in running the beta testing project.

What you’ll be doing:

- Testing our software pre-beta, from both functionality and user experience perspectives

- Co-ordinating beta testers during our soft launch phase. This will involve supporting them, gathering and analysing their feedback, and forwarding bug reports to our developers. You’ll also aid us in the recruitment of them

- Building databases for us to find prospective Business Partners (mainly accountants and business advisors)

- Running campaigns to attract enquiries

- Handling our email marketing automation – analysing how effective it is, highlighting any that may be missing, etc.

- Anything else for which you show an aptitude!

What kind of person we’re looking for:

- A marketing graduate (nice, but not mandatory) with about a year of experience working in small-medium business marketing, preferably digital and in a tech environment, looking for something more challenging

- Someone with a flair for written and verbal communication and customer interaction with fluent English

- Computer literate with experience of using online marketing products such as MailChimp, Hotjar, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and a good level of competency in basic systems like Word, Excel, etc.

- A hands-on attitude that can take a project and run with it – but also adhere to the expectations and outcomes of each brief

What we offer:

- A starting rate of £10 an hour increasing over time as the business grows

- A share scheme for people who stay with us long-term

- A nurturing environment with training and mentoring when you feel stuck

- An opportunity to see visible, tangible results of your hard work and influence what we do

- Nice offices based in Maida Vale (handy for the Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City and Overground) with coffee and snacks are thrown in

If you’re interested, send Jane your CV along with a short covering letter explaining why you’d fit this opportunity.

This opportunity requires a full-time commitment, starting near the end of May.
