Chariot is building the world’s first crowdfunded transit network from scratch, and we expect to become North America's best commuting option in the next three years. Sound exciting? We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead for one of the company's next expansion markets, London, to help grow and retain enterprise customers in the surrounding area.

This role is very demanding and requires a high degree of talent, guts and hustle. Chariot is looking for a sales-oriented person who knows the landscape of London well and can close deals at a high frequency. You will help source new B2B leads, develop marketing materials and pitch decks, get deals closed, and communicate with new and existing enterprise clients.

- Identify new ways to get the Chariot experience in front of new enterprise clients

- Build sales pitches using presentation-building software

- Work with Chariot's proprietary models to create route options for potential customers

- Manage outsourced contractors conducting online research about Los Angeles area employers

- Do anything it takes to win… Always Be Closing!

- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience

- Persistence and win-at-all-costs attitude

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Goal-oriented mindset: you will be expected to produce tangible results

- Desire to grow into a broader role at Chariot

- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment

- A charismatic personality that people are naturally attracted to

- Someone who doesn’t enjoy doing cold outreach

- Someone who gets down and out when told 'no' by a potential client

- Someone who doesn’t like interacting with people

Chariot's mission is to become the world's first profitable mass transit service by crowdsourcing a network of commuter shuttle routes that provides a fast, reliable and affordable service using new Ford Transit 15-passenger vans. When a critical mass of future riders 'vote' for a particular route, Chariot launches its service, typically between popular residential and work areas — as well as transit hubs like commuter rail stations, ferry terminals and bus depots — providing commutes in half the time as public transit and a fraction the cost of ridesharing.

Founded in 2014 in SF, Chariot has expanded to Austin, TX and has over 30 routes, providing tens of thousands of rides per week. The company participated in Y Combinator's Winter 2015 batch and was acquired by Ford Smart Mobility in September 2016. As a cornerstone of Ford's urban mobility strategy, Chariot has the mandate and resources to scale its concept worldwide, and will expand to at least another 5 markets worldwide in the next 18 months.
