We’ve been around since 2013, and have been scaling ever since. From 2016 our flagship product has sold directly from our website, in 2017 we strengthened our distribution networks with offices in Tokyo and Seoul, and have since launched on Amazon US and Europe.

Now is the time to join us and be part of our unstoppable rise. We need an E-Commerce Marketing Manager who lives and breathes e-commerce, web optimisation and marketing campaigns to help us break more records. The right candidate will play a major part in delivering the online marketing and sales plan.

You’ll be working with a nimble, transparent team of friendly founders and first-round employees in our London HQ and reporting to our Head of Marketing.

This is a newly created role and the E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be expected to own our site performance and Amazon sales. The focus will be bottom of funnel improvement and growth.

What will you be doing?


- Managing and optimising the strategy and setup of our web campaigns for our current and future product range.

- Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing programs, website and international site performance and Amazon marketplaces to present weekly action-driven plans to impact results.

- Executing and managing overall website projects (UX, e-commerce functionality, A/B testing, etc).

- Implementing a testing roadmap across the conversion funnel to drive required insights and changes in our online performance.

- Reviewing site metrics to improve sales and identify purchasing trends.

- Taking responsibility for all new product listings, making sure that the correct content and images are present with each posting.

- Undertaking regular research of the market and competitors to feed into effective future decisions for the website.

- Taking charge of all promotions on the site (including site-wide giveaways, referrals, etc).

- Working very closely with our SEO, PPC and Social Managers to coordinate on-site content and online campaigns.

Email Marketing

- Analysing and reporting on email effectiveness and landing page performance and presenting weekly action-driven plan.

- Decision making for all email marketing, CRM and promotional activities.

- Owning the creation and execution of email acquisition campaigns.

- Implementing a testing roadmap across the conversion funnel to drive required insights and changes in our online performance.

- Implementing CRM programs and post-purchase communications in-line with brand, product and promotional plans.

- Owning the customer database and creating a segmentation strategy, using in-depth insight to deliver targeted content and campaigns.


- Analysing marketplace information and making educated decisions to improve customer online shopping experience (images, taxonomy, search, content).

- Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing programs and page performance and presenting weekly action-driven plans to impact those drivers.

- Managing day-to-day account management relationships to drive overall sales strategy on US and international listings.

About you

- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce and Amazon sales for a B2C, ideally hardware or premium goods company.

- You possess a strong knowledge and track record of launching and developing e-commerce platforms.

- You are experienced in liaising effectively with Marketing (SEO, PPC, social content and advertising) and IT teams (developers).

- You love what you do and enjoy getting your hands dirty as well as providing insights.

- You love staying up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with CRO and e-commerce.

- You are very good at what you do. You have a strong track record in gaining SEO market share.

- You thrive in a dynamic environment that craves new ideas, values swift, productive execution, and recovers quickly from failures (they are inevitable).

- Your communication skills (written and oral English) are excellent.

- You are extremely comfortable with numbers and what they tell us about our customers, the performance of the website, a growth experiment or a specific marketing campaign.

- You are experienced in creating dashboards and analysing data (especially in using Google Analytics, etc).

- You have a shopper-centric orientation with a proven track-record of developing and acting on consumer insights.

- You have a full understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, and the dynamics of e-commerce and omni-channels, as well as a thorough knowledge of new shopper acquisition channels.

- You are comfortable with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications.

- You have experience with WordPress and the main e-commerce platforms (Woocommerce, Shopify, Magento).

- You are commercially savvy, with a natural love of all things digital and online campaigns.

- You have a very good affinity with (mobile) UX/UI and drivers which can affect our plans.
