Pupil, an innovative spatial technology company is looking for an inspiring Creative Director who will join the management team to drive the overall visual development of the brand. An understanding and clearly visible experience of the creative tech landscape is essential. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to provide strategic direction; but crucially be responsible for the best-in-class development of Pupil’s creative team and their output.

WHO WE ARE

Pupil is a spatial technology company. Pupil captures and publishes 3D information about real-world interiors, in order to bring digital reality into the everyday lives of everybody.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Drive the direction and development of Pupil’s visual identity strategy, plans and execution

• Develop original marketing visual content for a variety of touch-points.

• Website design and tone of voice consistent with marketing strategy.

• Conceptual copywriting over art direction.

• Collaborate with project managers and production partners to define requirements, expectations and deadlines for creative projects.

• Constantly assess and resolve complex creative challenges and quality issues.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet mutually-agreed deadlines.

• Evaluate and inspire the performance of creative staff.

• Strategic creative leader who inspires great work and respect at the same time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior level creative director

• Proven track record in creating world-class big idea brand communications and visual identity coherent through all the platforms and consistent with strategy goals.

• Proven ability to deliver overarching creative tech concepts in a wider space than the traditional brand/product offering.

• A portfolio demonstrating innovative creative tech projects.

• Highly motivated manager that nurtures their team to produce the best work possible, on time and in budget

• A big brand thinker who can see how global brands can adapt in new and exciting spaces.

• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker.

• Ability to work at the London central office.
