We have an exciting job opening for a Client Support Specialist to act as a dedicated point of contact for our clients’ employees who register for the services. You will help our users with their moving process to another city, as well as provide expert advice centred around other services of our business platform.

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional, preferably in a Saas environment who is highly organised and has excellent communication skills. You will need to have previous experience in a similar role, learn fast and work well under pressure. Communication skills in English are required and any additional languages are a big advantage.

This role is full-time, involves weekend shifts and is based in London, TechHub, Moorgate Station.
