We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of a fast growing healthcare start-up based in Central London.
The ideal candidate will be looking to work in a fast paced healthcare start up, a recent graduate or with working experience of around 3 years.
As a Client Relationship Manager you will be the first point of contact for all current and prospective clients helping bring happiness to many.
Working directly under the Founders the role will involve building strong lasting relationships and managing the whole client on boarding process from start to finish, problem solving and ensuring all queries/questions have been answered in a timely manner.
The successful individual will have the passion and drive to provide an exceptional care service alongside being organised and empathetic to client needs. Previous experience in healthcare/sales is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
This is an important moment for the company and we are looking for an extremely talented individual who will quickly learn the fundamentals of the business.

Full duties include but not limited to;
-Full client management
-Inbound and outbound calls (warm)
-Managing email communication
-Handling web chats from prospective clients
-Overseeing scheduling tasks for current clients
-Regular account management service – following up on current and new clients
-Working closely with Care Director for full 360 service delivery
-Client visits – meeting with potential clients to assess requirements and promote services
Salary: £25-30k depending on experience.
