We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of a fast growing healthcare start-up based in Central London.

We are seeking an ambitious and positive go-getter for the weekends to promote our company and deliver a high quality service to our current and future clients.

Answerable to the Client Relationship Manager, the role will include, but not limited to:

- Covering the hotline over the weekend

- Ensuring all calls, emails and web chats are attended to

- Liaising with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure successful delivery

- Managing the on-boarding process for new clients

- Handing over after each day to the Client Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with confidence and with credibility, build positive relationships and have an honest nature. This role will be well suited for a student or a recent graduate and have attributes similar to:

- Interest in the Healthcare sector

- Must enjoy working with people and have an empathetic nature

- Must be driven to learn and work hard and adapt to fast pace start-up culture

- Outstanding communication skills on the phone, in person and written.

- Must be a student

This role is ideally suited to a candidate who is looking to work part-time.

The role is varied and could potentially lead to a long term position.
