Full time position, based in Shoreditch. Assistant to the founder of a wellness platform.
The position would suit:
Someone highly organised and effective who enjoys putting systems in place and thinking on their feet.
Someone who can use Microsoft office and design. Oral and written communication must be excellent.
A team player who enjoys rolling up their sleaves and is good at building relationships with the customer.
The position will involve:
- Answering phones and emails
- Market research
- Booking meetings with the board and taking minutes
- Organising video shoots and small events
- Being a personal support to our teachers and their clients
- Organising delivery of equipment and tracking where it is on loan.
- Supporting the CEO in various tasks and meetings.
- You will work closely with the CEO, this job has the opportunity to grow into operations manager.
